=DBD= ,Varying stages admin status may be granted in a sensible democratic manner by a joint Head Admin decision but may be restricted on a need to have basis, this is to ensure server safety
*if you don’t have the technical knowledge you don’t have the need to tinker*.

Consideration will be given to accepting children or relatives of Clan members, who are under 18 yrs old however no responsibility will be taken by admin for the content or control of language on Ventrilo after 21.00hrs
No members from the general population will be accepted into the clan who are under 18 and each applicant under 21 yrs old will be considered individually as to suitability.

=DBD= Clan membership is open to to people from countries where time difference and ping do not limit normal gameplay and shall be by application and invite . English is the chosen language of the clan and must be used at all times. Communication is the key to success so a good understanding of the English language is a must for clan matches.


Each member should join Ventrilo whenver they are gaming on our servers unless unable to do so for technical reasons,
Each member should have the will to win, a good sense of humour and a computer.

All members who contribute towards the clan costs will have a voice in how we govern ourselves, any grievance should be raised with Head Admin where it will be discussed in an open manner and a way forward sought taking into account the viewpoint of any interested contributing members.

=DBD= Clan, aim to be the best in our chosen game. In order to achieve this, we will need to work as a team in matches and accept orders on the battlefield.
To be considered to take part in matches you will be expected to take part in training and tactics, a common sense approach will be applied to the reasons for missing training sessions.
No member will have an automatic right to play in matches based on killing skills or financial contributions.
Any member who shows a blantant disregard for orders during a match could be asked to leave the clan.

We want clan members who are active gamers and who are willing to go the extra mile to help us achieve greatness, if this isn’t you then please enjoy our servers but don’t join the clan.

While wearing clan tags on our or other servers you must conduct yourself in a suitable manner and abide by the server rules not doing anything to bring the clan name into disrepute.

If the servers are our war ground then the website is our base, visit the base often, use the forums and keep up to date with clan events and changes

You must abide by our server rules when on our server as they apply to all who play.

We do not allow Ghosting (sharing information when dead with those still in game) and anyone guilty of doing so may be kicked from vent without warning and will be excluded for the rest of that day.
However if all clan members are on the same side then ghosting is permitted.

Loyalty to the clan means that you will not be an active member of another clan or share our tactics with another clan

Unknown new members will not be able to contribute financially or be granted admin status until they have passed a successful probation, this period will depend on their level of activity (usually two to three weeks from joining)
Enrolment will be granted by the joint agreement of no less than three Head Admin

To continue the upkeep of the clan, each member must agree to contribute towards the costs associated with server ,domain name etc ,details of contributions received together with details of spend will be posted on the =DBD= website.
By virtue of the term "Donations" it will be deemed as a gift to the clan and under no circumstances will a donation be refunded

This list is by no means exhaustive and should any word or deed be considered unacceptable to the clan then the issue will be raised with the member concerned and appropriate action taken.
